Required Employment Immigrant Visa documents?
As an Employment Immigrant Visa applicant you need these documents:
the DS-260 Form,
the I-140 Form from the employer,
a valid passport,
two 2×2 photographs of yourself,
Civil documents like birth and marriage certificates,
Completed Medical Forms and the I-864 Form which is evidence of financial support if you have a sponsor.
How to apply for an Immigrant Visa?
You need to submit the I-130 Form first, send it to NVC for processing, if it gets accepted you need to pay the fees and get the I-864 Form. After that you gather your financial documents and apply online and fill the DS-260 Form.
After applying online, together with your financial documents you gather and scan your civil documents as well and apply for the interview you need to schedule with the Embassy/Consulate beforehand.
