Who is eligible for the EB-3 Visa?

These Green Cards are available to 3 groups of workers who are very different from one another. 1. Skilled workers, are employees that need to have at least two years of training or work experience, which is not temporary or seasonal. In order to be eligible, they must do the work of qualified workers who are not available in the United States. 2. Professionals, are foreign nationals whose job required a U.S. bachelor degree or a foreign equivalent diploma. They also must work a job that qualified workers in the U.S. are unavailable to do. And 3. Other workers, which is a subcategory for foreign nationals that perform unskilled labor, which requires less than 2 years of training/experience.
